Ep. 020: Setting Goals for Home and Family
The year is quickly coming to an end and with that comes the time for planning and preparing for the year ahead. If there was ever a year for setting new goals and looking toward a new and productive year this would be it. This week Dusty and Elizabeth take time to discuss the importance of setting goals for the home and family. They break down why they feel it is important to set small, easily achievable goals together rather than focus on a big overarching hard to attain goal. Elizabeth shares the S.M.A.R.T method of goal planning that is widely known and used while Dusty chooses to take the less conventional route coined by professional wrestler turned yoga master, Diamond Dallas Paige. He uses the acronym S.M.A.C.K.D.O.W.N. No matter what method of goal setting is used it's important that the whole family is on the same page.
